Los Angeles - Airbnb in California

This post is In collaboration with Brad's AirbnbSo the dear hubby and I decided to do a last minute getaway to gorgeous sunny LA to meet a few friends ! My husband has never been to LA and my last visit was over 6 years ago! So we were both excited to drive down! I was looking to stay at an airbnb that would be both convenient and comfortable coz the drive is long and we didn't want to be stuck in a tiny motel just coz LA is so darn expensive! I wanted to stay close to Santa Monica pier (coz I'm simply obsessed with the ocean views, the boardwalk and of course proximity to 3rd street Promenade) So.. I reached out to Brad and we had a collaboration! Here's the best thing about it - its in a luxury high-rise condo off Wilshire, in the heart of West LA with spectacular views of the city and only blocks away from the Santa Monica pier. Waking up to the stunning misty city views sipping on hot tea was my fav part of the cozy home. The apartment is pristine and my hubby was right at home! We were really there to relax, meet friends, hit the cutest cafes and have a good time.Brad's condo let us take early morning dips in their huge heated lap pool that was so perfect, I didn't wanna get out! Coming down here during the winter or summer would be such a treat !We spent some time exploring Brad's very impressive Star Wars collection and my husband was convinced he doesn't wanna leave! :) I had to drag him out and plan our stay in LA... but luckily for us Brad has a pretty cool "Things to do in LA" and "LA guidebook" available for you to check out!Rodeo Drive The hubs and I spent the morning planning what cafes to hit and which comedy shows to catch and what restaurants to eat at.. and here are a few of my recommendations. but honestly there are SO many great options.. you can't go wrong! :) Blu Jam CafeShangrila Rooftop Bar - Santa Monica Pier Rodeo Drive If you're visiting LA and need a home away from home - don't forget to check out Brad's Airbnb
