Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

OMG My husband and I have found our solution to wholesome breakfast that isnt Honey Bunches of Oats haha

Starting with the healthiest of berries, loaded with super food fiber rich Chia seeds and nut milk – you are going to stay energized from morning till noon!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of Frozen Berries – (Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries)
Chia Seeds – 1/2 cup
2 cups Almond Milk
2 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tbsp Honey
Mason jars with lids

GARNISH
2-3 tbsp blanched almonds
1 tbsp Cacao nibs
1/4 cup Walnuts + Cashews

DIRECTIONS

Add the milk and frozen berries to a blender and blend for 45 secs
Pour into 4 mason jars
Add 1/8 cup chia seeds in each cup
Stir in the chia seeds till they fully mix in
Cover with lids and place in refrigerator overnight

Serve up in the morning
Garnish with blanched almonds, walnuts, cashews, peanut butter & cacao nibs
