Green Goodness Smoothie

I’ve made these several times and its the perfect solution to my breakfast problems on those super busy weekdays! Its easy to just grab this before you leave the house and drink it as I drive to work! By the time I’m at work, I’m feeling energized and refreshed and ready to start the day!

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of Kale
1 whole cucumber
few Cilantro leaves
1 lemon squeezed
2 cups Almond Milk
2 cups of Water
1 cup of Rolled Oats
1 cup baby carrots
1/8 cup Chia seeds
2 tbsp Honey
0.5 tsp Turmeric (optional)
0.5 tsp ginger paste (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients to the blender
Blend on high for 1 minute and serve!
