[Day 10/30: Product Manager to CEO 30 Day Challenge] We're all busy people. If you're an entrepreneur like me, there are so many things you have to do every day that it can get overwhelming pretty quickly.

But when it comes to building a product, prioritizing is one of the most important things you can do.

As an entrepreneur, you're never going to have enough time or money. You might think that's a bad thing, but it's actually a blessing in disguise. It means that when you can't do something, it's not because of lack of resources—it's because there are more important things to do.

So how do you decide what the most important things are?

It depends on the situation, but there are some general guidelines that can help you prioritize your solutions:

1. Is this solution going to solve the problem?

2. Is this solution going to make more money or help you acquire more customers? If not, then move on to the next one.

3. Who will benefit from this solution? Define those benefits - is it going to make your customer's lives better? How - does it help them accomplish their goals faster, cheaper, better, builds trust, or something else. If no one is going to benefit from it, then move on to the next one.

4. How long will this solution take? The longer something takes, the longer it will take for you to know if it's working. Look at breaking into smaller pieces, quick iterations and measurable milestones.
